“Deciding to build my house with Baileys Living is one of the most important decisions I have made and I can’t fully express how grateful and profoundly happy I am to each and every person involved in the process. The decision to build came at the same time as a cancer diagnosis for me. Not only did Joe, Pete and the whole team build my house with utmost care, attention to cost and detail and within program but they also provided me with utmost comfort every step of the way. Apart from all of this two things (which to some may seem insignificant) exemplify the exceptional people involved in the building of my house. The first is that every neighbour around me who I was yet to get to know has told me how lovely Pete, Joe and the team were and how respectful they were to their living environment through the process. The second is that when the roof steel went up a pair of doves built a nest and laid a couple of eggs which hatched. Instead of destroying the nest etc, Pete built a little bird box complete with an insulated roof and transferred the nest and chicks to an adjacent location so that the birds could grow and finally leave. I have now been in my home for nearly a year and the team has been completely attentive in rectifying the very few items that have required attention. I am an architect, and have designed this house as well as being the owner. Having been involved with builders and contractors for over 30 years, I can say with real conviction that working with the Baileys Living team is by far the best experience I have ever had and I just cannot thank them all enough.
